About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Attraction Manager to join our Forvis Mazars Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive and innovative early careers recruitment marketing strategy to attract and engage diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Attraction Strategy: Design and deliver a targeted, innovative attraction strategy for Talent Acquisition in line with the firm's Employee Value Proposition and hiring demand, including supporting the firm's EDI agenda and future skills requirements.
  • University and Schools Engagement: Responsible for a data-driven targeted university and schools engagement strategy to ensure we are working with a diverse range of academic institutions.
  • External Partnerships: Implement and manage strong relationships with external suppliers and educational institutions and use these partnerships efficiently to promote opportunities and engage prospective candidates.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, raising awareness of recruitment marketing activity and engaging the right people internally to act as brand advocates for Forvis Mazars.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner and drive innovation and collaboration across the Talent Acquisition team and wider People & Culture team, sharing best practice and market insights.
  • Social Media and Content Creation: Work closely with the internal marketing team to design and implement social media campaigns and oversee the creation of compelling digital content to target key demographics and enhance the firm's visibility.
  • Event Management: Overall responsibility for smooth delivery and attendance at best-in-class attraction events, including presenting at large on-campus events and in-house insight programmes (travel across the UK will be required).
  • Performance Monitoring: Responsible for ongoing reviews of recruitment marketing activities, providing regular data and insights to assess ROI, ensure effectiveness, and that campaigns reflect the current and future needs of the business.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in Talent Acquisition, including new campaigns, channels, and initiatives to share with the wider team and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Directly manage an Early Careers Advisor, providing guidance, supporting their professional growth, and collaborating effectively.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for feeding into and ongoing monitoring of the Early Careers Talent Acquisition marketing budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional team-work, including supporting with projects and initiatives outside of your business area.
Requirements
  • Early Careers Talent Acquisition Experience: A real passion and experience in Early Careers Talent Acquisition with innovative ideas for recruitment marketing that will create a big impact.
  • High-Volume Recruitment Marketing: Previous experience in a large organisation in a high-volume recruitment marketing campaigns role or delivering events across scale and regional complexity to build candidate pipelines.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills – ability to plan and manage time, manage event delivery with attention to detail.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mind set and passion for analysing data to tell stories, identify trends, and inform decision making.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent relationship building skills with a range of colleagues and stakeholders and the ability to deploy these effectively to drive influence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of public speaking/delivering workshops to all audiences.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative team player, able to build trusted relationships.

  • Line Management Experience: Previous line management experience, role model to others.
