Lodge Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd as a Lodge Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of our retirement development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the development, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining the high standards of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors, to ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
- Organise activities and events for residents, including social events, outings, and other activities that promote a sense of community.
- Manage the administration of the development, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar environment. You will also need to be able to work independently, using your own initiative, and as part of a team, to achieve the goals of the development.
You will need to be highly organised, with excellent time management skills, and be able to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners, and be able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
