Customer Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Wakefield. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, training and mentoring team members, and handling escalated customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and customer service excellence.
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
