Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, focusing on strategy, operational performance, and customer experience.
  2. Drive digital transformation initiatives, integrating great IT practice into our agile business environment.
  3. Apply a commercial mindset to improve consumer experience through technology, with a focus on e-commerce, manufacturing, or service sectors.
  4. Manage IT systems development, service delivery, infrastructure, and third-party management, ensuring a well-rounded exposure to IT systems.
