3. Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
4. Ensure the effective delivery of IT services, including systems development, service delivery, infrastructure, and third-party management.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board, senior leadership, and IT teams.
