About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Kustom Design Printing. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and sales pipeline updates.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Competitive salary and commission structure.

Preferred Qualifications
