Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Elective Surgical Ward team at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating a deep understanding of individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ward policies and procedures.
  • Support the matron and other senior staff in leading the ward team and driving quality improvement initiatives.
