About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our client's team on a full-time basis, covering day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. As a Staff Nurse on the surgical ward, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients recovering from various surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients recovering from various surgeries, providing high-quality care.
  • Actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.
  • Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital.
  • Identify and report any significant changes affecting the patient's health and well-being.
  • Promote best practice in health, safety, and security.
  • NMC registered - pin should have no restrictions or conditions.
  • Comfortable working in teams with minimum supervision.
  • At least 1 year of surgical or A&E experience in a hospital setting.
  • Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training is desirable.
