We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sciensus. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient's home.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and provide effective nursing interventions to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical observations to inform care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with a strong background in IV device management and administration of IV therapies.
  • Experience in conducting holistic clinical assessments and developing patient-centered care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel regionally to visit patients in their homes.
