Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of the team and take responsibility for delivering a high standard of individualized client care, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Respect the individuality of all clients, ensuring their privacy and dignity are upheld at all times.
  • Engage in the assessment of care needs and the implementation of comprehensive care programs.
  • Involve, support, inform, and educate family members and caregivers.
  • Seize every opportunity to promote the health and well-being of clients.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining close communication with the Senior Team Member.
  • Keep clear, comprehensive, and contemporaneous records in accordance with organizational procedures.
  • Maintain, develop, and monitor standards of evidence-based nursing care.
  • Uphold professional and clinical integrity in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support and mentor team members while participating in clinical supervision activities.
  • Collaborate with all other professionals and agencies involved in client care.
