At Practice Plus Group, we emphasize the importance of work-life balance, customizing rota patterns to accommodate your needs while ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery. We provide flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or remote options.
We are pleased to introduce a new weekend pay rate starting at £28 per hour, alongside competitive rates comparable to band 7 and band 8a. Clinical Advisors typically earn between £47,400 to £54,140 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
You will receive comprehensive training on NHS Pathways systems, culminating in a recognized license upon successful completion. Training options are available full-time Monday to Friday for four weeks or part-time over five weeks on designated days. Attendance at all training sessions is mandatory, followed by eight weeks of support before transitioning to independent work. Post-training, you can select part-time or full-time hours ranging from 16 hours per week.
We are looking for UK Registered Nurses (NMC) or Paramedics (HCPC) with substantial post-registration experience in acute Primary Care, strong communication and listening skills, proficiency in IT, and a commitment to ongoing learning within a supportive team.

As an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based healthcare that meets patient needs.
