Patient Service Advisor/receptionist

Job description We are a friendly, forward-thinking practice delivering high-quality care to patients within a safe and efficient working environment. Our main surgery in Dorking and two dispensing branches in Box Hill and Westcott serve a total of 11,300 patients. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated patient services advisor (receptionist) to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care and excellent customer service. We pride ourselves in encouraging special interests and personal development.
Remuneration is highly competitive, depending on experience. Ideally you will have experience in undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to a multi-disciplinary team. Duties can include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information, assisting patients as required and ensuring clinical rooms are fully and tidily stocked. Youll be computer-literate and will act as the central point of contact for patients.
You'll ensure the timely and efficient distribution of information, messages and enquiries to the clinical team, liaising with multi-disciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
