We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a male Mental Health hospital for men aged 18+ based in Dorking.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to patients with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
- Annual salary of up to £37,455 per annum
