Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months of mental health experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
