Job Summary:

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team at a picturesque hospital in Surrey. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and team members to promote professional development and growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • RMN/RMNH qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Pre-registration or preceptorship experience in mental health nursing.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
