About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at McCurrach. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our client, Pernod Ricard, by maximizing brand awareness and availability in convenience and independent stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in convenience and independent stores
  • Agree displays and increase visibility for Pernod Ricard brands, such as Absolut, Havana Club, and Jameson
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a direct sales role, particularly within the convenience channel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and super-organised
  • Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans)
