Job Title: Senior Facilities Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Officer to join our team at HCA Cancer Network. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all administrative functions are carried out to the highest standard, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing.
  • Supervise and manage a team of Patient Access Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities and services are aligned with the needs of patients and staff.
  • Manage patient waiting areas to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients and their families.
  • Support the Patient Access Leader in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
