Business Operations Coordinator

HighPoint is expanding its business support team to meet the growing needs of the company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to provide administrative support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support in issuing monthly invoices to clients for Managers and Directors
- General admin support for across all departments
- Scan all documentation onto the document management system
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Manage and complete tasks on the Business Support Ticketing System (Jira)
- Open incoming post, scan and allocate
- Prepare outgoing post and deliveries
- Provide reception cover over lunchtimes and answer overflow call
- Route calls to relevant people and take messages
- Collect deliveries from reception, distribute and record on facilities spreadsheet
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English Grade 5 or above
- 12 months plus administration experience
- Graduates seeking their first role considered
- Confident in the use of MS Word and Outlook and have basic level Excel skills
- Experience of using CRM databases advantageous. Training will be provided on in-house systems.
