About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a presence at the reception desk at all times, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, while also maintaining a clean and organized reception area and showroom.
  • Liaise closely with sales and aftersales departments to ensure customers receive prompt attention.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and courteous manner.
  • Ability to use own initiative and multi-task, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
