About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at ERS. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and brokers.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with insurance brokers and clients to handle new enquiries, policy amendments, and renewals.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and brokers regarding their insurance policies.
- Maintain effective working relationships with brokers and other stakeholders.
- Produce policy documentation and correspondence to clients and brokers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to become a subject matter expert.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and brokers.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
