About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in West Essex, providing services for older adults and people living with dementia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, formulations, and interventions for older adults and people living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for older adults and people living with dementia
  • Develop and implement psychologically informed ways of working in the multidisciplinary team
  • Support in-patients and their family carers through the emotionally challenging time of a mental health crisis
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of trauma-informed care
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary staff training and consultancy
