About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our Inpatient Older Adult Psychology service in West Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assessments, formulations, and interventions for older adults and people living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for older adults and people living with dementia.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy and carer support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement psychologically informed care pathways.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of Trauma-Informed Care and other evidence-based practices within the service.
  • Supervise and support junior colleagues, including Clinical Associates and Assistant Psychologists.
  • Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to the growth and leadership of the team.
