Matron Hospital at Home Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Matron to lead our Hospital at Home service. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care and experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
- Manage the budget for the service and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff to ensure safe and effective care.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead daily multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case conferences to ensure holistic patient care.
- Identify clinical priority areas and implement improvements to standards of care.
- Ensure the service meets the requirements of patients, partners, and commissioners within a contestable business environment.
- Build good working relationships with all commissioners and stakeholders.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Registered Nurse or AHP qualification and registration with a clinical registration body.
- Significant experience of managing a large multi-disciplinary team of health and social care staff.
- Senior level clinical knowledge in community unplanned/urgent care.
- Extensive working knowledge of Primary and Community services.
- Management of change and budget and resource management skills.
