About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our West Essex in-patient team, providing services for older adults and people living with dementia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, formulations, and interventions to support patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for older adults and people living with dementia.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family work and carer support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement psychologically informed care pathways.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of trauma-informed care practices within the team.
  • Participate in staff training and education initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
