About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in West Essex, providing services to older adults and people living with dementia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, formulations, and interventions to support the mental health needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for older adults and people living with dementia.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultations with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise and support more junior colleagues in their professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of psychologically informed ways of working within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in staff training and consultancy, and contribute to the development of the service.
