Business Development Lead - Manufacturing EngineeringWe are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Lead to join our growing team within the Manufacturing Engineering sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new market opportunities and secure profitable contracts within the Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Proposal Development & Bid Management: Lead the development of compelling proposals and bids, ensuring they accurately reflect our capabilities and value proposition while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.

- Proven track record of success in business development within the manufacturing engineering sector, ideally with a focus on Automotive or Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong network of contacts within the target industries, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively convey our value proposition and secure new business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
