The Role: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to propel our Plantscape business to new heights. You will collaborate closely with the National Services Director to execute strategic sales plans, leveraging your extensive B2B product-driven sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the National Services Director.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally with other idverde departments to evaluate growth opportunities and contribute to product development initiatives.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure adherence to sales processes and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Support the sales team in nurturing and developing key customers to capture market share.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure effective utilization and data accuracy.
