As we continue to grow and evolve, we are excited to announce an opportunity within our IT Department for a Infrastructure Systems Specialist.

This role may also be referred to as Systems Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer in other organizations, but fundamentally, the Infrastructure Systems Specialist serves as the technical authority in our Windows VMWare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain and monitor the Mamas & Papas infrastructure.
  • Act as the technical lead for Windows VMWare environments.
  • Possess a solid understanding of REDHAT LINUX server technologies.
  • Design and implement new solutions within the Mamas & Papas infrastructure.
  • Conduct design reviews and enhance processes for improved performance and cost efficiency.
  • Adhere to established procedures regarding change control and documentation standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues escalated by the IT Support team across various hardware and software applications.
  • Provide training and mentorship to IT Support team members.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience with REDHAT LINUX or similar technologies (UNIX / LINUX).

• Familiarity with HPe Infrastructure (Server, Blade, and SAN).

• Proficient in VMWare Infrastructure Administration.

• Strong knowledge of networking principles – TCP, DNS, WAN, LAN, MPLS, etc.

• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related issues.
