Job Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Lead Technical Specialist for IT Application Support who excels in a dynamic and challenging atmosphere. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, strategic direction, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams. This includes overseeing the IT Infrastructure, managing the Microsoft cloud environment, and ensuring the effective operation of services and applications. Collaboration with the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team will be essential to align IT initiatives with the overarching goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement application solutions
  • Oversee both on-premise and cloud-based application environments
  • Serve as the technical authority for application support
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
  • Lead and shape the Application Support Team
  • Provide detailed reporting on team performance metrics
  • Guarantee that application availability and performance align with business requirements
  • Proactively manage updates and upgrades for application software
  • Design and deliver solutions for both on-premise and cloud applications
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and technology strategy
