Speedy is undergoing a significant digital and people-focused transformation to build a bigger, better, stronger business for the future. We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our high-performing Infrastructure team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As IT Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical delivery, strategy, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams. You will work closely with the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical delivery, strategy, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams
  • Manage a team of experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineers to provide excellent support to the Speedy group in all aspects of IT infrastructure Operations
  • Develop and deliver IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team to ensure IT infrastructure Operations delivery and strategy is aligned with business goals and the Velocity Strategy
