As a key member of our team, you will report to the IT Operations Director and manage a team of experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical delivery, strategy, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams, ensuring the development and active delivery of the IT Infrastructure, Microsoft cloud estate, supporting services, and applications.

You will work closely with the CIO and the IT Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical delivery, strategy, and leadership across the IT Operations Teams
  • Develop and deliver IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage a team of experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineers
  • Ensure the IT Infrastructure Operations delivery and strategy is aligned with business goals and the Velocity Strategy
