Executive Reward Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our Reward function, you will provide critical support to the Remuneration Committee and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best-in-class processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on executive reward and governance matters to the Remuneration Committee and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a reporting framework to provide regular updates and information to the Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices.
- Draft papers for the Remuneration Committee, including all aspects of the executive remuneration cycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure high-quality service to the Committee and support great decision-making.
- Lead on compensation deliverables and support projects, including RFP for various platforms.
- Support annual pay review discussions and design training on executive reward topics.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements.
- Develop clear and effective communications and stay up-to-date with legislative changes and external market trends.
- Executive reward experience and knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment.
- Experience of drafting RemCo papers and DRR experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and planning and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and process-oriented.
