Job Description

**Job Title:** Registered Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage one of our Mid-Long Term Children's Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, young people, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
