The Role: Residential Care Manager - Solo Home
We are currently partnering with an Ofsted registered children's home in Oxfordshire seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager. This unique opportunity offers the chance to lead a small, close-knit team within a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to your team of care professionals.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work culture that prioritizes the well-being of both staff and residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each child in your care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted guidelines.
- Manage daily operations effectively, overseeing staffing schedules, resources, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role within residential care for children, within the last 5 years.
