We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Mid-Long Term Childrens Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Childrens Home
- Ensure high standards of care and promote best outcomes for young people
- Lead and develop a motivated team
- Oversee compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal staff
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure the health and educational needs of young people are met
- Annual salary of £55,783 - £59,010
- Participation in the Managers On Call rota
- 37 hours per week with flexible working conditions
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities
- Supportive and collaborative working environment
- A Level 5 residential leadership and management qualification
- Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations
- Experience in managing residential childrens homes at a managerial level
- Budget management experience
- Commitment to equality and diversity in service delivery
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Registration with SW England
