We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Mid-Long Term Childrens Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Childrens Home
  • Ensure high standards of care and promote best outcomes for young people
  • Lead and develop a motivated team
  • Oversee compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal staff
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure the health and educational needs of young people are met
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of £55,783 - £59,010

Requirements:
  • A Level 5 residential leadership and management qualification
