**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage one of our Mid-Long Term Children's Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care services.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
