This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £59,000 and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of excellent care.
  • Contribute to the development of our services and the growth of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a children's home or residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Children Act and the Care Standards Act.
