About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties in their absence and be responsible for motivating and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to achieve their best. You will lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring care standards are met and maintained
  • Developing and delivering strategies to achieve goals
  • Leading by example and monitoring standards
  • Working closely with the General Manager

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as experience in helping residents with different health needs. You will also need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.
