About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading by example, monitoring standards, and developing strategies to achieve our goals. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your expertise in clinical risk assessments, safeguarding investigations, and budget management will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of managing multidisciplinary teams, inspiring and motivating staff, and delivering exceptional care. If you are a resilient and determined individual with a passion for delivering quality care, we encourage you to apply.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN)
  • A teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
  • Experience in helping residents with different health needs
  • A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and HR practices
  • Compassion, resilience, and a determination to deliver quality care
