Position: Senior Private Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Senior Private Personal Assistant to manage the operations of a bustling, fully staffed household for a distinguished Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family. This pivotal role demands a long-term commitment from an individual who embodies exceptional standards and can adeptly handle all private and household matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at interacting with both household staff and external suppliers. A pleasant demeanor coupled with the ability to maintain professionalism and authority is essential for ensuring efficient household management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee household staff management, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
  2. Lead by example with high standards in a Chief of Staff capacity.
  3. Manage budgets and liaise with external teams as necessary.
  4. Support the family with private matters such as diary management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  5. Coordinate household maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  6. Maintain the household bible and assist staff in achieving their duties effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a similar high-net-worth environment and is looking to contribute to a family with busy lives and high expectations. A proactive and positive attitude is crucial, as is the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
