The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our People team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our employee experience by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers across all levels to build organizational capability and drive performance improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of OD programs and interventions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage reward and recognition platforms to foster a culture of appreciation and high performance.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of internal communications that promote transparency, engagement, and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of success in OD, change management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
