Regional Development Manager

Coptic Orphans is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth in your designated region through effective fundraising and donor cultivation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising and donor cultivation plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors, as well as identify and pursue new donor opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and execute major fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track and analyze donor data, identify trends, and inform fundraising strategies.
  • Communicate the impact and mission of Coptic Orphans to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Network with donors, stakeholders, and other key partners to advance the organization's goals and promote special projects.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, customer relations, and/or sales.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving fundraising goals.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with database or contact management software, such as Salesforce.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires in-country travel and international travel, estimated at 15% of the time.
