Regional Development Manager

Coptic Orphans is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth in your designated region through effective fundraising and donor cultivation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve annual targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Church Affairs team to build relationships with clergy and church leadership
  • Lead and manage the Donor Relations team to ensure effective outreach and engagement
  • Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, customer relations, and/or sales
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in database management software such as Salesforce

Travel Requirements:

This role requires in-country travel and international travel, estimated at 15% of the time.
