Business Development Manager - Export

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Car/Allowance + Commission

The Opportunity:

Get Recruited is seeking an experienced Export Business Development Manager to join a well-established wholesaler of FMCG goods due to growth. This is a great opportunity for a confident sales professional with a proven track record of new business. If you have a background in Export Sales, International Sales, FMCG Business Development, FMCG Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or similar.

The Role:

  1. Focus on developing new business opportunities.
  2. Build relationships with potential new customers.
  3. Act as the key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Establish strong relationships with clients and other key external stakeholders.
  5. Generate leads and gather contact information.
  6. Maintain business relationships within the industry.
  7. Develop an effective sales strategy encompassing new and existing clients.
  8. Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the business.
The Person:

  1. Must have experience in Export/International sales.
  2. A strong new business approach with an understanding of global markets.
  3. Ability to travel internationally.
  4. Confident sales professional with a proven track record of new business.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven track record of hitting targets.
  7. Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
