Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, welcoming patients and guiding them through various clinic processes.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment, such as the coffee machine.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and modifications as necessary.
  • Utilize in-house software systems to retrieve and manage patient information efficiently.
  • Facilitate the communication of patient results to general practitioners.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Document and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Strong educational background, ideally with GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
