Administrative Support Officer

The Radiology Department at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer to provide exceptional administrative support to the Clinical Director and Deputy Head of Imaging Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, producing high-quality correspondence and reports, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and database use is essential.
This is a busy but rewarding role that requires discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism when dealing with a wide range of personnel, including senior management, staff, and the public.
The post holder will be expected to contribute to the Radiology Department's values and support the Trust's transformation and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as gatekeeper for the Radiology Management Team
- Managing the Radiology Management Team calendars
- Arranging and scheduling meetings for the Radiology Management Team
- Identifying actions from meetings and taking them forward on behalf of the Radiology Management Team
