About the Role

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide financial and administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support, including petty cash management and financial reconciliation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as completing estates requisitions and issuing site keys.
  • Support the Patient Affairs Officer with cross-covering tasks across a 5-day week.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent.
  • Experience in finance and cash handling, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
