We are currently seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to become an integral part of our internal communications team within the People & Culture division. In this role, you will be essential in developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies and campaigns, with a focus on maximizing the impact of our new engagement platform.

Role Overview

Be a key player in our digital communication strategy: Internal Communications Specialist

Are you prepared to foster a culture of two-way communication through an innovative engagement platform? As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be pivotal in this transformative journey, working closely with our dynamic People & Culture team.

Your objective? To design and implement extensive internal communication strategies and campaigns, emphasizing the integration and utilization of our engagement platform to boost participation and interaction. Your responsibilities will extend beyond message creation; you will engage in ongoing evaluation and data-driven improvements. You will assess communication effectiveness and assist in organizing key events such as monthly Town Halls.

Additionally, you will be responsible for producing colleague highlights and aiding in the formulation of communication and engagement strategies to broaden our reach and enhance engagement. Contribute to a significant shift in how our organization communicates and connects globally.

Work Arrangement

This position allows for remote work, with the expectation of being present in the Maidenhead office twice a week.

Required Qualifications

  • We are looking for a proactive professional with several years of experience in internal communications, skilled in digital communication and social media platforms.
  • Your ability to collaborate, solve problems, and approach challenges with confidence will distinguish you.
