Beverage Artwork Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and evolving, entrepreneurial division of a global FMCG employer of choice, looking for a talented artwork coordinator. The role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, offering hybrid flexible working.

The successful candidate will be extremely well organised and enjoy working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, managing artwork projects across a number of categories and many well-known consumer brands. You will manage the design process from concept to print, liaising with external design agencies and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the projects. You will be flexible with the changing needs of the business and a confident decision maker, communicator and multi-tasker. Prior experience with food packaging artwork/design agencies will be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To be the key point of contact for new design ideas and concepts.
  2. Gather specifications needed for the execution of packaging artworks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Brief and manage external artwork agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  4. Review and manage relationships with external artwork agencies, maintaining a strong network of partners.
  5. Own the full life-cycle of packaging artwork creation and approval, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  6. Coordinate photography and image sourcing, ensuring consistency and quality.
  7. Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to coordinate the whole process from concept to print-ready artwork, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  8. Monitor new market trends in packaging and design innovation, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  9. Attend print runs where required, ensuring quality levels are met and exceeding customer expectations.
  10. To independently take responsibility for ensuring all packaging meets brand guidelines and has lead agency and global brand leader approval, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  11. Manage origination and artwork budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  12. Support the distributors with sales requests such as merchandising samples, providing excellent customer service.
