Beverage Coordinator Job Description

You will manage the design process from concept to print, liaising with external design agencies and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the design process from concept to print, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  2. Liaise with external design agencies and internal stakeholders to gather specifications and briefings.
  3. Review and manage relationships with external artwork agencies.
  4. Own the full life-cycle of packaging artwork creation and approval, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and lead agency approval.
  5. Coordinate photography and monitor new market trends in packaging and design innovation.
  6. Attend print runs to ensure quality levels are met.
  7. Manage origination and artwork budget, and support distributors with sales requests.
